Went for a 1v1 match in dota, got the IP of the primary server, and did pathping - zOHTNkP.png as you can see in the picture packet loss occurs between these two links when it goes from Went through the list of applications that might intervene with steam which resulted in me disabling avast and ccleaner, still nothing Pinging several non valve related servers come back with no issues and packet loss. I will present you fellas what I have investigated so far, but my network knowledge is not the best to say the least. Anyhow, for around a month or so I have been getting strange packet loss (15% +/-) on all possible valve servers - EU WEST, EU EAST, RUSSIA, USA EAST. Never have I had any issues, yet this time is different, thus, here I am, hopefully we can sort this out. Anyhow, I want this issue resolved as soon as possible thus I will repost to provide additional information. Made a reddit thread about it, upvote for visibility if possible. I'm willing to provide any ping details and so on, just ask me what I need to do and I'm willing to do it. I just kinda assumed after 5 or so months that someone would fix the problem eventually without me needing to write anything, but now that I've started to play more dota daily, it's impossible to play most of my favorite heroes etc. I'm from Latvia, Lattelecom is my official provider and I feel like I need someone from Valve to verify whether or not the reason for lag is my provider not being able to send packets to valve servers efficiently.

Anyways, this issue only persists when playing on valve dota2 servers, I don't lag in any other game and never have, I have 100mbps up/down connection, I've reinstalled windows several times and even switched routers. Can't remember exact date when the packet loss issue started, but it's been at least 5 months, happened after a patch.
